As an Agent Team Member with a State Farm independent contractor agent, you'll play a vital role in connecting people with the right insurance and financial service products that meet their needs.

What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with customers, following up with them to ensure their needs are met.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to guide clients through their insurance options, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify what our customers truly need, all while marketing the products and services that will benefit them the most.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
